A licensing agreement defines how a selected dataset may be used. The initial fit check, a provider introduction and a signed license are separate steps, each with its own decisions.
Control the introduction
Your general inquiry permits SellMyBizData to review your profile and contact you. We ask separately before introducing your named company to a named provider.
Understand preparation and access
Removing or replacing identifiers may reduce some risks while leaving business content readable. Provider personnel or processors may review records during preparation. A buyer may learn the seller identity in diligence or contracting. Confirm the actual process.
Separate progress from payment
An inquiry, review or offer is not revenue. Seller payment follows the agreement and its conditions. SellMyBizData records revenue only when a commission has actually been paid.
SellMyBizData is an independent review and introduction service. We may receive referral compensation, disclosed before an introduction. We do not approve a provider's legal terms on your behalf.
